Due to its prebiotic properties, topinambur is increasingly being used in other interesting areas such as "functional and wellness foods" and "natural fruit cocktails". Until recently, sea buckthorn has been in the shadows, although this fruit has everything to satisfy the wishes of the consumer. Sea buckthorn is a unique multivitamin fruit that, in addition to a variety of vitamins (including fat-soluble ones such as A and E), also contains many valuable essential fatty acids and other bioactive ingredients.
